Data categories and origin of the data

The Amodoro GmbH website can also be used anonymously. Personal data (such as IP addresses) of users of the website are stored in temporary log files for a short time at the most. When you visit the website, Amodoro collects data (date, time, dwell time, pages viewed, navigation, hardware and software used) anonymously by an external service provider for anonymous analysis of user behavior. The anonymization takes place before the data is saved by the service provider.

Purposes of data processing

Should the user provide Amodoro with their personal data in certain cases, these will be treated confidentially in accordance with the data protection regulations applicable at the company’s headquarters. If he sends Amodoro an email or uses an online form on the Amodoro website, the personal data provided there (e.g. name or email address) will only be used for correspondence with the user to send the requested information or used for any other purposes mentioned in the individual form. If personal data are processed for a purpose not mentioned here, the user will be informed beforehand.

Legal basis for processing personal data

All personal data are processed by Amodoro in compliance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and all other relevant laws on the processing of personal data. The respective legal basis for the processing of personal data depends on the context and the purpose of the data processing. The legal basis for the processing of personal data are “legitimate interests of the person responsible for handling communication” and other “predominant legitimate interests”.

Data access

Access to personal data is only granted to persons and offices within the controller who are responsible for the data concerned and for the respective process. For this purpose, clear business distributions and authorization concepts have been set up.

All personal data are also transmitted to service providers for the above-mentioned purposes. This involvement of service providers is also necessary in the context of the maintenance and management of IT systems.

In addition, personal data can be transmitted to supervisory authorities or other recipients if this is required by law or contract.

Data transfer to a third country

All personal data are only processed within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Data security measures

Amodoro takes appropriate organizational and technical precautions according to the state of the art in order to protect the security of the data against destruction, intentional or accidental manipulation, loss and against access by unauthorized persons.

All dialogue forms used on the website use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This SSL connection protects all personal data from unauthorized third parties during transmission.

All users are requested to use the dialogue forms for data transmission, since unsecured e-mails with unencrypted data can possibly be read or changed by unauthorized persons.

Data protection rights of the data subjects

At the address listed above, every person concerned can request information, correction, deletion and surrender (in a common, structured and machine-readable format) of the personal data stored about them. In addition, he can claim his right to restrict the processing of the data there.

Right to object

If Amodoro processes user data to safeguard legitimate interests, users can object to processing for reasons arising from their particular situation. Amodoro then no longer processes this personal data, unless Amodoro can prove compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh the interests of the data subject, rights and freedoms or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. If Amodoro processes the data of a person concerned on the basis of consent given by him, this consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

Use of cookies

So-called cookies are stored on the respective computer while you are using this website. A cookie is a small text file that can be used to control the display and operation of the website, among other things. The cookie is deleted when the dialog is ended. Amodoro uses cookies in order to always offer the user the best possible result and to guarantee the error-free use of the functions provided on the website. Statistical evaluations of the website are made anonymously in order to improve the usability of the website, among other things. A personal reference is not made. In addition to the specific, mandatory data, additional data can be requested that help Amodoro to get to know and advise the user better or to improve the website and for advertising purposes.

The cookies do not contain any personal data. The settings for cookies vary from browser to browser.

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses the web analysis service Google Analytics from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“). Amodoro uses Google Analytics to evaluate data from AdWords for statistical purposes. Google Analytics uses cookies that allow an analysis of the use of this website. As a rule, the information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If the user of this website does not want this, he can deactivate this under the following link http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Amodoro has activated IP anonymization on this website. For example, the IP address of all visitors to this website by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area will be shortened beforehand.

In exceptional cases, the full IP address can also be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and only shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of Amodoro to evaluate the use of the website, to create reports on website activity and to provide Amodoro with other services related to the website. The data processed by Google Analytics and other data from Google are not combined. The user can prevent the storage of cookies by setting the browser accordingly. However, it is explicitly pointed out that some functions of this website may require the use of cookies. The user can use the following link to install plugins that prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google: http: //tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

Use of Google AdWords conversion tracking

Amodoro is a Google AdWords customer and uses Google Conversion Tracking, an analysis service from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“). In doing so, Google AdWords sets a cookie (“conversion cookie”) on the user’s computer if the user has reached the Amodoro website via a Google ad.

These cookies are not used for personal identification and lose their validity after 30 days. If the user visits certain pages while the cookie has not yet expired, Amodoro and Google can recognize that a user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this website.

All AdWords customers receive different cookies. This means that cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained with the conversion cookie can be used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers. An AdWords customer learns how many users clicked on an ad and then carried out an action with a conversion tracking tag. However, an AdWords customer does not receive any information with which a user can be personally identified.

Any user who does not want to participate in tracking can object to this use. To do this, he must prevent or deactivate the installation of cookies by making the appropriate setting in the browser. This means that it is not included in the conversion tracking statistics.

The data protection declaration and further information from Google can be found at:http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

Remarketing or “Similar Audiences” function from Goolge Inc

Amodoro uses the remarketing technology of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“). With the help of this technology, users who previously visited the website and were interested in the offer are addressed again through targeted advertising on the pages of the Google Partner Network.

The advertising is displayed with the help of cookies (see above). This allows user behavior to be analyzed when visiting the website and then used for targeted, interest-based advertising and product recommendations.

If the user does not want to receive interest-based advertising, he can deactivate the use of cookies by Google for this purpose. To do this, he should visit the following page: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996

In addition, the use of cookies by third-party providers can be deactivated by visiting the following page of the Network Advertising Initiative and implementing the opt-out actions listed there: https://www.networkadvertising.org/understanding-online- advertising / what-are-my-options

Further information on Google remarketing and Google’s data protection declaration can be found at: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/

By using this website, the user declares his consent to the processing of the data collected about him by Google in the manner described here and for the aforementioned purpose. Amodoro points out that Google has its own data protection guidelines that are independent of Amodoro. Amodoro assumes no responsibility or liability for these policies and procedures.

Retargeting Tracking

Amodoro operates retargeting. With the help of this process, the user can be identified via cookies when visiting this website and then addressed again on other websites with targeted advertising. For this purpose, cookies with a duration of 90 days are used for a limited period of time.

All data is collected anonymously. A storage of personal data of the visitors does not take place.

Encryption and transmission of information

When using the contact form and all other forms, the encryption technology SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with a key length of at least 128 bits is used to transmit the information.

Handling emails

Amodoro uses the e-mail address provided by the user to respond by e-mail with the requested information. As soon as Amodoro sends an email, the transmission is first attempted in encrypted form (with the help of TLS encryption). If the recipient does not support encryption, the email will be sent unencrypted. Amodoro uses the saved e-mail addresses exclusively for correspondence with the respective users and does not pass on e-mail addresses to third parties.

Amodoro stores e-mails that relate to a contractual relationship and does not send unsolicited e-mails. All unsolicited emails that claim to come from Amodoro are fake and should be deleted.

All e-mails sent unencrypted are not protected against unauthorized access, falsification, etc. on the Internet. We therefore recommend using the contact form.
